Bug in pdf display probably due to synctex update

In Debian Sid, I cannot anymore use zathura (pdf viewer) and pdf-tools (inside emacs). The problem seems to be linked with synctex (for LaTeX documents). Zathura says "zathura: symbol lookup error: zathura: undefined symbol: synctex_next_result" even when I try to open pdfs which are not
