Steve, I used HomeSite, an HTML editor, to do this sort of thing with a search and replace feature where you can specify file type and directory tree. It works just great as long as you don't screw up and accidentally replace the wrong thing :) I too though would like to see a template file

Steve, I had the same issues when I started and I did sort of what John did. I created some batch files that paste together various pieces of junkmail.txt files and rebuild all the per-domain .junkmail files (with the domain specific information). As John says takes a bit to get it setup but

Declude.exe instances fire once for each email, they don't stay resident. Instead of rebooting the server, stop your IMail SMTP and Queue services so that no mail is being processed, which means declude.exe instances won't be run. Then you can do whatever maintenance you require, and restart the
