2) Rebooted into 13.10 and after the usual daily software updates the
problem has gone away. Clock and calendar disappeared briefly, but that's

Ah, sorry I mixed up the versions being put to test.
Just tried with Nemo 2.0.8 and the window /does not/ get closed. What
happens is that the type-ahead entry disappears after a short while.
*Off-topic* BTW, on checking this out, I discovered that Nemo crashes if I
open the About dialog. Not sur

I tried to add some scripts to unmount sdcard before suspend, but system
couldn't mount it after resume.
