NoClassDefFoundError after exception with J2 SDK 1.4.2_03

After upgrading to the 1.4.2_03 Java SDK I've noticed that Cocoon seems to be getting NoClassDefFound errors on XMLConsumer after an exception has been thrown. I've seen this in two different ways with Cocoon 2.0.4 and Cocoon 2.1.3 and suspect it has something to do with the SDK. Is anyone else i
