Hi everyone,
I am helping to organize an allyship training for open source contributors
sponsored by Google's OSPO. Few folks have expressed interest in this
workshop, so I am extending the invite to all of you.
Workshop date: Thursday, September 16th, 2021 at 8:30am PST or 5:30 PM
CEST.
Please

Hi Sharan,
I am preparing one for Airflow and Beam atm.. I will try to put the logos
in the middle without text to see if they look prominent. Can you give me
20 min?
Thank you :)

Hello everyone,
Could you please also add Apache Beam to RedBubble? Here is our logo:
http://apache.org/logos/#beam
Couldn't edit the ComDev Wiki myself, but would like to request the
stickers/swag as well. If possible, can we use Version 2 for the stickers
from http://apache.org/logos/#beam ?

Hi Rich,
We are doing a contributor's workshop for Beam in the upcoming summit in
Europe, but most of the content should be easily adjustable to any Apache
projects. For example, instead of subscribing to dev@beam.a.o. we can teach
them how to subscribe to dev@community.a.o. Introduction to ICLA,

I think Seattle would be a great place to host one. I’d be there to help if
it gets traction, Andrew.

Hello everyone,
I was wondering, what the ASF thinks about non-committers to the projects
to be mentors for Season of Docs [1]?
The SoD requires 2 mentors. I am looking to support Airflow in the SoD, and
I was wondering if the ASF would be okay if I partnered with a committer to
mentor a tech
Hi Sharan,
I'm happy to help with the ASF's application for SoD, if you need any
support there.
Thanks,

to participate in the research.* Should
we ask for participation in the dev@community mailing list or are there
other recommended channels?
Thanks everyone in advance!

Hello everyone,
I recently shared a slide deck with an introduction to "The Apache Way" in
this mailing list. I've got some very valuable feedback from community
members, and I have incorporated some into the slides. The updated deck is
here:
otes.
Thanks a lot, I appreciate all the feedback! : )
