There are excellent git GUI applications out there (for the Mac:
SourceTree, and my personal favorite Tower) that will do all this
stuff automatically. New branches 'just show up' etc.
IMHO, git is one of those applications that really needs a UI, the
command line just isn't doing it justice.

Don't think so. Xhigh density on the Android is defined as around 320 but
includes up to 400, there are phones with higher than 400 dpi that use the 320
dpi (I think).
Think of it in the of doubling
320 dpi is 2x 160 dpi
480 dpi is 2x 240 dpi
400dpi is a bit awkward as there no clean multi

Sure, but either way, "git branch -all" doesn't seem to check the repo. The
list of remotes is stale. You have to fetch or pull which means you have to
deal with modified files locally.

BTW: the re-write/refactoring was somewhat major, so I plan to publish
