In theory, Apache is more about community than code. Source code in Apache
is supposed to be there because the original contributor feels like it would
be better for more folks to contribute to continued development of the
source code.

Well, the way I see it is that there's the question of the project as a whole,
and there's the question of pieces of it. Some of the functionality (such as
text wrap) is something that has been requested quite a bit in the past. Maybe
pieces of it can be added to the Flex components independent
