Hey, Actually, I'm working on this example today. I have some spare time today, because of issues at the office. So I hope to get some functionality done and an initial commit out to Apache-Extras. But I'm starting to find out that the biggest real world aspect of this example is the planning.

Hello, ok - until Jan-Kees' real world app is ready, we are having this one: http://simple.apache-myfaces.cloudbees.net/ I deployed the WAR file as simple - Jan-Kees' application could live next to it. It's also possible to use a managed/hosted MySQL database (DB-as-a-Service), at CloudBees.
