You need to allocate **contiguous** memory for the framebuffer.  The largest contiguous region in the heap has size 124,192 bytes.  You can allocate nothing larger than that. The size of the framebuffer you are tying to allocate is 153,600 bytes.  So any attempt to allocate that framebuffer
