I have never tried applying logic to pricing on the purchasing side but as far
as I can tell the price rule functionality can only be applied to purchase
prices thru Agreements, and only using Promotions, not "Price Rules" as exp
Yes the default is too small if precision is an issue. But at least you have
control over it.
