We get questions on the forum about how to access a document that no longer
accepts the encryption password. I assume some of these are due to the
broken NSS issue #125431. I skimmed through the comments on bugzilla and
did not see a definitive way to fix the problem. I"m sorry if I missed it.

I changed the LOOKUP() function in columns D and E to be a VLOOKUP() with
the fourth parameter set to 0 so the function looks for an exact match. The
LOOKUP() function requires that the lookup vector be ordered. Since column
A of the Database sheet is not ordered, incorrect results were returned.

Hi!
I have just finished downloaded win 10, when I discovered that I had no
access to Mic. Excel any more. As I have Open office on another

Hello Ami
The problem is almost certainly that the default program your computer
wants to use is Excel and that the icon displayed for the file is therefore
an Excel icon. The file content is unaffected in this case. There are two
things you can try to open the file. I assume you are using Windows.
