Signature, checksum, rat, and build all look good. However, looks like some of the samples artifacts (e.g. openwebbeans-1.1.1/samples/standalone-sample/target/standalone-sample.jar, openwebbeans-1.1.1/samples/jms-sample/target/jms-sample.war) do not contain appropriate LICENSE/NOTICE files. IMO
