Hi Mark,
Looks good. One minor note -- the notice file in the source release has not
been updated for 2011:
Copyright 2008, 2010 The Apache Software Foundation
Otherwise, everything looked good to me: source, rat, signature/checksum,
build...
Here's my +1

Note that the LICENSE/NOTICE files for some of the samples are
Signature, checksum, rat, and build all look good.
However, looks like some of the samples artifacts (e.g.
openwebbeans-1.1.1/samples/standalone-sample/target/standalone-sample.jar,
openwebbeans-1.1.1/samples/jms-sample/target/jms-sample.war) do not contain
appropriate LICENSE/NOTICE files. IMO

Source, signatures/checksums, build look good.
The redundant (and different) LICENCE and LICENSE files should be cleaned up in
the source distribution. I'd use a 'LICENSE' file since that is what most/all
projects use (and it contains the 'Apache License'.
The LICENCE/NOTICE files in contai

Source distribution, signatures, checksums all look good.
As it should, the source distribution contains LICENSE/NOTICE files. They look
fine. However, the SVN tag does not --

Apologies for the broadcast message...
In thinking about ApacheCon 2010, I began to wonder if there is interest in
creating an "Enterprise Java" track for the conference. I think there is the
potential for a lot of interesting content. Many of our projects are busy
implementing JSR specs for Ja
