For what it is worth while updating R-waveslim I noticed that the license is
wrong as it says GPLv2+ while it is BSD
on my defense I should point that the homepage of the package:

I understand that as a prospective package maintainer for Fedora I'm
encouraged to send an email to introduce myself to devel. As I plan to be
working on amateur radio software, I've copied the fedora-hams mailing list

I've been contributing to Debian as a packager, amongst other things,
In version 1.7-12 (-11 really but I did not package that) the license of R-zoo
changed from
GPL2
to
GPL2 or GPL3
so that there no changes from our point of view.
