Hi Kunal,
Chauncey has kindly listed most of the references on this topic I'm aware
of.
As it happens I recently had a request for a blog article which I had
written on this topic, but which had gone offline. I have reposted it on my
current blog, and it may be of interest:

Hi all,
I could use a (reasonably long) background sound of people talking - the
atmosphere of a social gathering or something like that.
Does anyone have good pointers as to where to search?
Thanks,

I'd like however to slightly correct the direction of the thread. I am not
testing the choice of platform for my solution, and I am not testing
managerial and marketing decisions. These topics are of course important and
deserve a separate research and

Hi all,
Mind blowing was the praising comment I heard most at this
conference. So it was: set up in Florence, you can't help but feel the
spirit of Leonardo da Vinci and the age of a new Renaissance.
Below is a selection of presentations which made a lasting impression on me.

Dear All,
We are currently tackling a challenge of working towards a shared

One other key difference, as I understand it, is that iRise has
collaboration capabilities, but Axure does not.

i'm not familiar with the degree of iRise's collaboration abilities (given
the pricing, I'm sure they're extensive), however, the most recent release
of Axure (v 5) has a 'Shared Project' capability, which allows for
collaboration on projects.

Has anyone ever run a program that teaches young people (say, grades 6-9

I'm thinking about starting up a program that promotes technology

who work in technology sit alone all day
Also be interesting/cool to see what they could teach us :)

* Do they use their home phone for speaking to friends or mobile phone?

* What do they like about it?

Hi Merideth,

You might look at it for some insights.
Am I just retarded or is the canvases window in the new OmniGraffle

I completely agree. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to edit a
shared layer the other day because I couldn't make it the active layer (I
was copy/pasting something from another layer).

A piece that seems to be missing from this discussion is the context.
