Got back from my business trip today to find my replacement graphical

Have you tried (just as a test) extracting the files exactly in the
same way but with a different ending format, lets say mp3, to see if
the problem persists? That could help isolate the problem or point you
in the right direction.

As far as I can see in the server code, the cross-fading is specified
by a bit in the TCP protocol (byte actually, since it seems to allow a
few options, fade in, fade out, crossfade).

scheme with SB2/Linksys WRT54G under SlimServer 6.2. There are
currently 4 options in my router setup for WPA:
1) WPA with TKIP
2) WPA with AES

I've been running MMM as a service using AppToService in Windows XP and
it works really well, except that I've run into a problem after adding
new music to my library. Slimserver (6.2) doesn't seem to pick up the
newly analysed songs (though they are definitely there in the MMM GUI),

Managed to fix this problem (for now, fingers crossed) by restarting
the router. Not clear what made SB2 lose connection in the first
place, mind. The thing gets a heart-beat every second (for the clock
display)
