[slim] ALAC and FLAC

I can't find anything in searching, but maybe I'm just searching for the wrong thing - I find it hard to believe nobody's raised this. (Sorry if it's been raised before)! Anyway - the bulk of my library is in ALAC, but some music is in FLAC. I've noticed that the FLAC files start and skip forward

Hi, did some experimenting about this thing and this is what I can confirm. BAND and ALBUMARTIST tags are not treated equally. Once I converted my BAND to ALBUMARTIST, many things changed and started to make more sense: My set up is: - Group compilation albums together - List albums by band S

I've purchased an Airport Express to hook up to my stereo, and haven't opened it yet in the hopes that the receiver becomes available *soon*. I know that the day after I open it, the standalone receiver will start shipping. Maybe I should just take one for the team here, and open it immediately s

After a couple rounds with Logitech/Slim Devices Support, I'm returning my system under the terms of the 30-day money back guarantee. I'm sad because I've been looking forward to this device since it was in beta, and I'm already a happy Squeezebox user. But I can't seem to get a replacement devic

Give me some info!! I'm running Slim 7 on a Mac MINI OS 10.4.11 with no issues... it's been running non-stop for almost 18-months. I even had it running on my G5 with Leopard and no hiccups. When was the last time you repaired permission on your system disc? -- Eric Seaberg Eric Seaberg - S
