I'm wondering whether it's in two halves - a base station with the
actual audio hardware (like a Receiver) and a docking station. The top
half is a Controller minus wheel/buttons plus a touchscreen.

IMHO it wouldn't make sense otherwise. Who would want a touch-screen
tablet that they had to walk over to use?

Hi all,
I've spent quite a long time trying to find a solution to being able to
list every album I have in my FLAC collection from Squeezecenter.
I've seen there is a plugin ACC for windows.
The FLAC's are all arranged in folders ARTIST/ALBUM...
Any easy way to create an ARTIST / ALBUM
Unfortunately they took the picture down.
Logitech must not have been happy.

Welcome to the forums. One more piece of information would really help
answer your question: where are you trying to see the list? In the
SqueezeCenter web interface and the SB Duet Controller you should be
able to get a list sorted by Artist / Album if you browse your library
by Album.

does do more and it's VERY actively supported by Logitech. Their tech

But tonight, I tried playing with a .m4a file, and couldn't help
realize there was no AAC to AAC option in the Settings - Advanced -
File Types page I could set to native,
Where did you see the phrase native - in the announcement built-in
is used.
In 7.3.3 the necessary support app (i.e. faad) is supplied for all
supported platforms whereas in previous versions there was no built-in
support for Linux platforms and on Windows users had to install
Quicktime.
