The apps are much faster and more intuitive than the browser

I finally gave the SlimControl manual a workover.
For those of you interested:

One thing missing is the artwork 'flip-side'.
But the rest looks pretty nice.

Yes, a user-setting would be an option too.
I'll ponder over that tomorrow.

Personally I appreciate the extra information myself.
If it needs to be removed though, would it be possible to make it
something that could be toggled via an option in the settings? ex: a

I'll check the "all tracks" query for performance too.
Maybe I can collect the "album artist" information incrementally.
Like so:
When the complete album list is loaded (initially) I'll skip the
artist information.
And when individual albums or groups of albums (artist-query) are

A couple of people had trouble on the registration page.
Not the one inside SlimControl but the one on the webpage.
I've fixed this issue (a bug in IE)

Muele - I'll upload an update for SC tomorrow.
The thing is, arztde had me convinced to display additional album

However querying this additional information takes rather long.
I suppose this causes SC to timeout (particularly on a NAS)

So, you have a station, and you are conected on radion and satelite with
it. you must have more connection on it. otherwise, you can't swich the
chanels. you need to use, like auxiliar for satelite and tuner for
radio.
hope i was clear, and resolved your issue!

Browsers on mobile devices are also slow, even on iPhone and Nexus.
WiFi and 3G are slow (high latency)
