You shouldn't need to rerip, as the approach you used should automatically get you gapless where it is supposed to be gapless. CUE sheets, etc. are NOT needed for proper gapless. One question, what is your volume adjustment/leveling set to? Off, album gain, track gain, or smart gain? If track

I checked some live albums that I ripped a few months ago, and they have no gaps, either. Something has changed with my rips that is causing this problem. I'm using EAC v99pb4. I think I've always used this version, but I don't know. I guess I could have been using version v95 some time ago?
