A friend of mine had a similar setup but with a USB dongle doing a radio link (NOT wifi) to his hifi. It worked quite well. Probably you could do the same thing with the 3.5mm jack on the boom. A bit "backwards" in some ways, but at least the sync won't be off. :) -- Aslak3
