Great news! I hope it will be available in Canada and for only a few
dollars more for lossless streaming like Amazon Music HD. I have tried
Tidal (too expensive) and AM HD (reasonably priced), but have always
reverted back to Spotify because it is best at personalizing playlist.
Great update to "Documenter"! I like the ability to customize the
output with tracks and album art, if desired. An addition I would like
to see, if possible, is the option to display/not display the online
library items (Spotify, in my case) when LMS 8.0.0 is used.
I have tried running this LMS plugin on a PI4 with Raspian. My
UPnP/DLNA devices initially pick up the LMS server, but quickly lose
connection requiring the server to be frequently restarted. Andy, the
plugin's author, has not been around since the Logiteck takeover, so it
would be my guess
Unfortunately, using a VPN does not guarantee being unblocked. Some
services monitor for VPN assigned addresses and block them when
detected. Netflix is one of the most aggressive in doing this and in my
experience Pandora does the same. Some VPN providers try to stay ahead
of the game by
I have an early version of the Slimdevices SB3 with the non-mars remote
pictured above. Interestingly, it has exhibited all the same aging
faults as its mars bar successor detailed in the OP. My solution has
been to replace it with a Logitech Harmony universal remote, but hats
off to the OP for
I had the same query, so thanks for chasing down the answer. By the
way, the same outfit also does "rockradio" for which there is an app on
MSB.com. It looks like you can use the same account for all 3 services
i.e. jazz/classical/rockradio. Nice!
I am experiencing heavy buffering playing tracks from TIDAL (FLAC), but
not from the other services (MP3) I have tried under ickStream. I am
using LMS 7.8.1 running under WHS 2011 with a SB3 as a player. The
buffering occurs both on wifi and wired connections. Oddly, it is worse
when ethernet is
Sure are elegant! Makes the Logitech offerings look a bit dated, but
then again, what are the prices and specifications? (rhetorical).

using the OPML editor where are/is the resulting files/file stored and

Thanks for the effort, Andy, but I still can't get Bloomberg to play on
a SB3 via Radiotime on SN. It may be pertinent to note that the File

BBCWhatsonParser while the new file is called BBCWhatsonDayParser.
Do I add the ...DayParser and leave the ...onParser in the AddOns

There definitely is no ...dayparser PM file in the Addons directory.
From what you say, I should leave the existing PM file and add the
DayParser one?
