If it is about the sound in the morning primary, then have look at the clock's setting. There you can choose among several sounds. Otherwise there would be a plugin from Peter Watkins, called powersave or one from Goerge Harris that even can shut the LMS off and other things, but I don recall

I have alarms that wake up my SBT in the morning, but I have to set sleep manually when I go to bed. If I forget, I wake up in the early hours when Radio Paradise puts on something less melodic! Is there any way to set an "alarm" that puts the machine to sleep at a pre-programmed time.
