which are XSLT 1.0 compliant.
I'd be very surprised if it worked with 9 which is primarily an XSLT 2.0

Right of the bat i think the problem is that you're trying to call an XSL
stylesheet from a CSS one. CSS and XSL are two completely different animals
and I don't think they were ever meant to work the way you're trying.
Take a look at Bob Sayton's book, particularly the section n creating

Ant is the answer to your comment about using batch/shell scripts. It is

htmlhelp.xsl is the file that is used when
generating htmlhelp. I couldn't find a driver either.

Is there a way to eliminate the xmlns: declarations from every single
element on an XHTML file? They are hardcoded into each page and I don't know
if excluding the XHTML prefix would cause some problem I can't see (the
