The Drake C Line will not need a T/R switch. The relay is contained in the
T4XC to switch the antenna from the receiver to the transmitter. Some of the
older transmitter/receiver pairs needed an external switch like you are
referring to. The T/R switch handled the task of switching the

The T4X-C transmitter has a T/R relay built in. If you get all the jumper
cables with it, it is an easy hookup. Aftermarket cables are available or easy

home brew.
