A couple of comments. Here in WCF, we have been using 1294.3 for DV simplex/ calling. (I think this part of the SCRRBA bandplan.) We have also been using 1259.8 for DD simplex. I still think 441.0 is a great choice for 70 cm calling because nobody in their right mind will use 446.0 as a repeater
