I had wondered the same question.. Just one follow-up.
I use the local connection (to VE7CC). Is there a way to move this
to the top of the list (currently 5th) so I can use the 3 x ENTER process.
Is there an option to clear, automatically, all the old spots when
starting a new session. If
David,
At least in v.8.05, the last cluster address used will move up
to the top position and stay there the next time you are
starting DX4WIN.

Kjell,
Thanks, I omitted to say I am still using 7.07..
I have not yet update to 8.05, because I have not yet worked out how
to deal with all the various info I have in the notes fields in 7.07,
which have no structure to them

For previous versions
Go to dx4winsave directory.
Open dx4win.tcp with notepad and edit it. Put you preffered node at the top
and save it.
Don't forget not to update with Jim's program this file.
By the way
if you want to edit the function keys in packet window press ALT+E

Joe,
You raise a very good point. K9JM's new gadget is not the only option for
safe operation of a PW1. My update must include similar mention of microHAM

Not that I'm complaining but K9JM obviously did not look very hard for
alternatives since band decoders which included the CI-V
Having trouble sending my Dx4win log in ADIF. I sent my log to club log in ADIF
and it reports many errors. Like a lot canadian calls are reported to have the

All thou club log corrected this or so it seems. I wonder what happened.. As
far as DX4win is concerned the log is
Joe, the K9JM solution might be just good enough for most people. I have seen
MicroHAM products in action and they are very well thought out and supported.
However, you are comparing a $50 kit with a $450 Cadillac …

I uploaded to eQSL DX4WIN logbook contacts from the 160M SSB contest. DX4WIN
asked if I wanted to upload 496 contacts.
That was the correct number of contacts made so I said yes. I have the
generated .adi file which was uploaded to eQSL. A
few days after the contest I downloaded the eQSL

What you should be doing:
1. Export to eQSL
2. Upload ADIF file from #1 to eQSL
3. Wait.
4. Download outbox (I think) from eQSL. It's the one that has your
confirmations. I think inbox is all your QSOs, so don't download that
one.
5. Import from eQSL, selecting the file you
