[Dx4win] CW keying issue v8.03

I have the same problem here. I am using v8.03, Windows XP, SP3 , USB interface RigExpert Tiny, virtuale: COM1 - CAT; COM2, PTT delay 0, DTR = CW keying, RTS = PTT. When I start a CW keyboard message the FT1000MP locks on key down. Changes and values DTR and RTS do not give positive result.
