I was in a small expedition to eu113 during iota contest where we worked
mainly like sx8z. Before the contest we worked like sv1dpi/8, sv1dpj/8,
sv1cib/8. As i am the manager for all i keep the whole log. I tried to
import logs to dx4win 801. I made groups like 0=sx8z, 1=sv1dpj/8, 2=sv1cib/8
Importing from what Kostas? ADIF files? Are the duplicates actually same
date/time/mode ? Yes Paul is aware of the , vs . issue.

I am not an expert on Groups, but I thought you had to assign Group names
starting with 1, rather than zero. I thought Zero combined the entire
Groups (1 to x).

Kostas
Create a log in Group 0. Put a single, dummy QSO in there. Then create
Groups 1 to 3 for your separate log imports. That should work.

It seems it is a bug.
Here is a work-around.
Import the second file into a new temporary DX4Win file then merge it
into the main log. I was able to import all QSOs without duplicate
messages.
It seems there may be a problem when there are QSOs very close

Are you sure Guy. I also tried it and it does not work here. I have
exactly the same issue as Kostas... and I don't think it has anything
to
do with groups.
I have sent the files on to Paul with a covering note so no need to do
Save also
File | Import/export | File | Merge dx4win log
Et voila 210 qso in the log

Did you count the QSOs after... there should be 123 + 87 = 210. Using
ignore, for example, results in a count of 209... one QSO rejected.
Interestingly D4W reported 3 different QSOs in error on different
occasions. Something is broken.
BTW I am using a USA KB
I use group 0 zero for all contacts in the fiel, then I have
groups for different QTHs and calls as well for thé other
stations I mange. I normally haf 0 as default group in
preferences, to be sure I do not mix groups. Since I use
N1MM as contest program I import either as ADIF or text
file. I
