This is a known glitch that occured to me in all dx4win versions including
version 7. I am not using version 8. Once I lost a huge batch of qsos. This
tragic experience made me wiser, but eventually I have got to the DEMO
state again.
It surpises me that this has not yet been addressed. It
With the V7 bug (we don't know if this is in ver 8) the program would
revert to Demo Mode unexpectedly so this would not work.
Important: This bug has not yet been encountered in V8 AFAIK. The old V7
bug could be triggered by starting 2 copies of the program... which is

log... once in "demo mode" DX4Win will not allow you to save or even
export your log which only resides in memory. I am truly sorry to hear

Yesterday upon exiting DX4WIN 8.02 and answering "yes" to the "Log
Modified, Do You Want to Save" dialog box, I received the error message
that I was using an unlicensed demo version and the log couldn't be
saved. Very stupidly thinking it
