I have had a complaint from a customer concerning: http://www.roboxchange.com/ They apparently do exchanges between currencies and e-gold. My customer apparently had funds paid into their e-gold account without authority and after contacting them was told point blank they would not refund

This may help you. You may need to phone or go see E-gold to solve your problem. I know they were upgrading software recently. They may not have all of the glitches our of the new software. You can call them direct. I have done so myself. I put the name E-gold.com into the domain name
