I should have mentioned that MINITAB does not provide, and does appear to plan to offer, real-time data collection and SPC (real-time charting w/ alarms and such). There are several other enterprise solutions out there, such as Hertzler Systems QA/S GainSeeker, Zontec, etc... that provide such too
