Glenn, Yes, you do have a problem. Either with T5 or the capacitors in the VFO Range Selection area or the Varactors. See my post from your question yesterday. If you do not correct the VFO range problem you will encounter difficulties later should you add the K160RX option and/or the K60XV

Sam, Do not ignore the DAC values, they are all on the high side of the carrier which indicates that they are on the wrong sideband - as you have it now, you will transmit 1.2 kHz (double your sidetone pitch) away from your received frequency! You may enter those values into the CWr filters,

Actually, I think most ops would suggest a straight key until you are up to around 10 wpm, and then learn the paddle.
