Hi. I have a couple of antennas I use that require no antenna tuner. I have
the KAT3 bypassed for those.
Is there an upgrade kit for the kat3, or do I need to buy the kat3a if I
want to take advantage of completely bypassing the tuner.
Many thanks.

Hi All:
Would this be able to be set as an option in the Menu/Config Menu? I
currently am fine with split indication. If I include my logging program I
currently have 4 indicators to remind me.
Thanks

Hi:
Yes. I found out the same when I added my bug to the K3. Paddle connected
to paddle input and bug connected to Key input. When engaging CW Text
Decode function I can see my send code using the paddle, no problem. I see
nothing when I use the bug. I didn't see a config or menu setting

Been reading this thread and just wanted to mention that the Elecraft W2
Interface program (

forward and reflected power quite nicely.

Hi. Possibly a statement regarding the opening of the railroad line he was
there at?
When you think of it, I wonder if he even thought of the impact Morse code
would have on society back then.

Hi Everyone.
I am selling my fully loaded K2/10 (SN: 5613) with the KPA100/KAT100 in a
separate EC2 enclosure. The K2 has the KBT2 battery option and KAT2 ATU in
it so you can basically leave the amp behind for portable QRP work.
Equipment is in great condition and works great. I am the second

Great idea. Also the many state QSO parties that are held is also a good

I believe that is also what is printed in the Mars ground when the rover

I believe there will be a matching amp for the KX3 coming out. That may be
more in the cards.
Your mileage may vary, however. As noted by Wunder below, there are folks
out there who are doing it.
Good luck.
