I use the NuMark for my desktop/K3, and the Griffin iMic for my laptop/kx3.
Both work well.

In my experience, once you've determined that UPS did the packing, the argument
stops. BTW, also in my experience, the 'Improper or inadequate packaging' ploy
is the first one they use. Doesn't work when they're the culprit.
