Greetings,
A couple of days ago there were several questions/comments on the subject of
AST and HAST, which is Highly AST. There is a CPMT Technical Commitee on
Environmental Stress Reliability Testing(TC-7). This commitee has held three
three-day workshops on this subject matter. This year
Is this THE Ned Devine that was working at TUV Products??
I suggest that you contact David Mills at the UL NBK office. He was
instrumental in designing their sound room. He may be familiar with the
standards you mention. He probably could give you some test equipment

I've used their accoustic transducers before with no problems (don't know
how they rate for price, though).

Massimo,
VDE 0565 contains 8 parts, the one dealing with chokes
is part 2, part 2-1 and 2-2 which correspond to
EN 138000, EN 138100 and EN 138101. (all dated march 1997)
I could not find a corresponding IEC standard.

Hello!
Within the technical data of a power line choke I read: compliance with
VDE 0565. I guess it's a large German standard about safety (?) and
performances (?) of passive components used in power line filters.
Does anybody know the corresponding IEC or CENELEC standards (if any)?
