First I think we need separate data from laboratory accreditation. Data is not really ‘accredited or unaccredited”, it is simply taken by an accredited lab or by an unaccredited lab. The value of that data may simply be given more consideration by those accepting the accreditation schemes in plac

Brian, SR-3580 defines which tests are part of each NEBS level. You can check the definition there, but for level 3 assume pretty much everything in GR-1089 and GR-63! That being said, GR-1089 has a matrix in Appendix B which defines what the appropriate tests are for the various port types. For
