I have pipewire too in debian and the only issue I noticed is that after
e has started the mixer module doesn't detect the audio server, but
unloading and realoading the module fixes it. Have you tried this
unload/reload to see if the issue disappers?

Ok, found. The new configuration had three buttons emulation turned on
and that makes middle click acting as right click, while indeed clicking
both left and right button does paste the selction. Now i turned off
emulation but i also had to restart E for the changes to have effect.

In Debian testing nm-applet works fine even in appindicator mode, just
run it with "nm-applet --indicator" and you can see it in systray.
Blueman-applet doesn't even need any option, it just works. At least

Can't you just tweak PKG_CONFIG_PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH accordingly,
i.e. adding the x86_64_linuxgnu dir?

It turned out that required dependencies are too high for debian.
In order to build wayland support in efl, wayland-protocols have to be
version 1.12, but buster and sid ships both 1.11 :(

temperature gadget placed in a shelf shows instead "34°" when I hover
it, which is definitely a correct value.

You said that when you hover a window that is raised. This is because in
"Window focus"=>"Level" the checkbox for the option "Raise windows on
mouse over" is checked and the delay is too short. Just uncheck that box
or slide the cursor for more delay and be happy ;
You might want to tell E to not raise windows when they get focus ;)
