I'll throw in an estimate of approximately $200-235. I recently bought one
for one of my photographers from KEH in ex+ condition and the price was $250
with the grip extender and handstrap.

Hi Bob:
That's a good point. I never thought of that as I was mainly thinking of
the light. See, I don't like the hard look from the flash. Sometimes it's
hard especially he's moving so quickly and short daylight of winter doesn't
help either. :( Any suggestion?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the cited article (in October 1995 Pop
Photo) is the one that I recall (and it's been a while ...), manual
focusing was done by using a loupe on a ground glass placed on the film
rails ... I never could figure

Hi David,
On ebay, really nice ones go for about $125-$200,
usually with some accessory such as the barcode
reader. $150 seems to be the mean. Some seller try
to get more than $200, but they don't move.

I've got two Canon EOS 10s bodies I'm thinking of selling. I'm
wondering if any of you have advice on what is a fair asking price.
They both work wonderfully and are in great shape. I realize that for
infrared users and astrophotographers these bodies are highly
desireable..
Thanks for your advi

I've found exactly the same in home-brew tests.
By eye, if I focus manually the focus ring lens ends up in precisely
the same position.

Maybe you are not wrong. MF may be more accurate as others posted but with
MF it depends on the ability/vision of the photographer to manual focus. So,
if your eyesight is not great then AF (of a good camera) may provide better
results. Also, for tracking moving subjects AF may be better (for most
