everyone to have a new e-mail address every 6 months and blackhole the old
ones. Or better yet, just create a brand new domain every few months and
can DNS on the old one. It is hard to hit a moving target.
Unless, of course these measures have an adverse impact on your
business.
I don't have that box on mine, nor have I seen it before. That is why I
wonder what put it there.
I would probably remove any limits from that box, or set them really high.

Hi Martin, the mailbox that has the warning is called Internet Mail
Service. This mailbox does not even appear in the Receipient container.
The NT aaccount to this is mailbox is Exchgservice, this is the servive
acccount used to start the exchange services. Actually,there is a mailbox
for the exch
