Basically, I have 2 questions of the tracking log :
Question 1:
Recently, one of my user always complains that he received a few messages
after a few hours/days, after the local user sent him. I had checked the
message property of his message, showing that Sent and Received date is
the same. I
I beg to differ, but NAV 2.5 was an Exchange 5.5 release. At least it was
running on ours (maybe that's why it didn't perform well G)

freeze up when she has one document open, and then tries to open another one

The question you need to ask is if anybody hasn't had some sort of problem with Word
as the Email Editor. I had a user who frequently had the same problem you did. As
soon as we told them to use the default email editor all was better.
