I have never tried doing it per server myself, but whenever I need to make
separate address books, I typically use Department, or put all the users in
their own OU and then filter it there.
You can select the AD attributes on the 3rd tab? I think it is, and say is

Recently replaced an older exchange server with a new box. Migrated
mailboxes. seemed to go smoothly, Less than 50 users on this mailbox

Had reset permissions for authenticated users, then restarted IIS. No
change. Those permissions were either wrong or missing, so we really
thought that was the problem. Rebooted exchange mailbox and problem is
resolved. Thanks anyhow.

Maybe not relevant. as we have a different config but out MWI quit
working and restarting the 2 CM servers fixed it.
Is this something that just started or has it been that way since
implementation?

Try increasing the log level for the WM Service. That will output lots of
info about Exchange (and AD) polling. What happens when you run the
SyncMWI tool from the depot?
Unity operates just like Blackberry, etc. Just a ton of threads that keep a
connection open to every subscriber mailbox,
I have a strange problem
One single exchange server, E2k3sp2, W2k3sp2 with IMF and Antigen.
Occasionally all of one senders messages will get dropped,
The message tracking tools shows the last event is SMTP Message

No incidents in Antigen . The message is nowhere
I haven't seen the paper, I'll take a look. We're running most on SP1 RU1,
two new boxes are running SP1 RU3.
Thanks Mike.

I wouldn't touch XO with a ten foot pole. I've had good luck with Qwest but
there are others I prefer to do business with even though they are C-lecs (sp).
What area are you in?

We implemented a new MPLS over Flex service at 4 sites using XO about three
months ago. The technicians, support personnel, reliability (so far) and price
have all been excellent.
The sales and non-technical implementation staff, on the other hand, were
horrible. At least 7 phone numbers were

Does anyone have a script to notify a user after their mailbox has been

I'm approaching our Exchange 2007 implementation and we're implementing
other features/enhancements(archiving, extending retention, stubbing) on
only the 2007 infrastructure. It would be handy to

PS XO promised a circuit
I've had them for internet, phones, and mpls and they always shine.
I always appreciated that when I did have to call in, the person that
answered the phone was able to fix it. Usually on the spot.

OK, I'll go with the more roundabout way: have him change the password
on the account, forward mail to the manager, give the password to the

delete the mailbox and assign the SMTP address to the
