You can try add2exchange to replicate all the contacts to a sub folder under
contacts in everyone's mailboxes.
The BES then will replicate this out to the blackberry.
Works well for me.

WM/BES/Whatever, having everyone downloaded to your contacts folder is
awesome for about a month. Then people leave, new people come aboard,
changes happen and p
Cool someone else is on the list on the weekend.
Look up works fine but let's say my boss calls me. If I don't have
him added as a contact is there a way to to get my bb to pull from the
GAL to show caller ID? That so far is the biggest reason that I have
had to maintain a separat contact list.
Nothing to configure, simply type in the name or part of it and select
"look up".
