Recovering calendar's are tempermental, especially that old. Archiving will move meetings across, but only after their recurrence is over, don't end, don't archive. If your backups don't go back that far, doubt it personally, then I'd say a complete restore is impossible. A partial using PST files

You only need two send connectors - one for the internal domain (acadiau.ca) and one for "everything else". You don't need any additional receive connectors, you simply need to modify the Permissions tab on the default receive connector to allow "anonymous users". You need a single RoutingGroup
