I think I've fixed this now, *user error* I'm ashamed to admit.
Using the /D switch *without* a space was the problem. Using /D without
specifying a path at all made it work.
Anyway, the EDB is now Clean Shutdown and has mounted successfully.
Hopefully this can help someone else.

Yep, I understand the technical sense, but I've always understood that the lack
of an SPF record meant that the domain in question didn't care who sent mail
claiming to be that domain and that an SPF record like an MX record was not
required, merely recommended.
I found the following on the

Hack it up and add a PID! I'm almost surprised they don't offer this as an
option since it adds minimal hardware cost and they could probably charge
a bundle for something with a 1/10 degree temp swing or so.

Very interesting. This seems to only happen on recurring meetings, but not
every time. It even happens on a recurring meeting setup by someone outside
the organization that is not connected to ours. Just like what is described
here:
I didn't do it.
I'm guessing that the person who did it just did standard, non SBS
migration during the allotted time that MS allows you to have two domain
controllers on the SBS network.

Here’s what got it to work: In the F5, on the https virtual server for the CAS
array, set the OneConnect profile to None.
Once I did that, I could load the page fine.
Autodiscover in Outlook still doesn’t work until the mailbox is on Exchange
2007+.

Can you telnet to the other server on port 25 and get a response?
You should be able to telnet using the IP address and the server name.
No connectors required, the servers should just see each other.
Have you touched the receive connectors at all? This could be an

By do an export I presume you mean using the Exchange server cmdlets as
opposed to Outlook's file - export.
I last tested this at RTM - and it may have changed with SP1, although I doubt
it - but at that point the answer was no.
Sounds like a good DCR though. It would be easy to implement, I'd
