We use Accellion. Not the cheapest but it pays for itself as we no longer have
to mess about with FTP or posting CDs and DVDs.
We don't use the Outlook add-in, we've never found that to be a problem tbh.

We are on Exchange 2010 SP1 RU v3-3 and I'm seeing the error event listed below

I would delete the message itself if I knew how to find it.
Has anyone else seen this issue or know how to
Did you update your office 2010 filter pack to sp1 too? (It's a separate

Did you update your office 2010 filter pack to
Yes. Because the filter pack sp1 was released after 2010 sp1.
The online pre-reqs may have been updated, but the sp1 shipped pre-reqs haven't.

When I installed Exchange 2010 from the DVD it already had SP1 installed.
The office filter pack I installed is:
Office Filter Pack 2.0 version 14.0.4763.1000
I'm not sure if it's SP1 or not.
I downloaded and installed it 3/31/2011.
If it does need updating, could you post a link to D/L it and
Your filter pack is RTM, not SP1. Get it here:

to hosting with provider vs hosting something on-site... For us it was pretty
much a toss up, so we went with Sharefile.

on the path to the internet where it will inspect all http and https traffic.
Initially we did not install it into the internet path, as we wanted to
configure several features before doing so. When we connected

Typically, you change subnets to make something like this work (just like you
did).
