all should work 100% i.e. There is an autodiscover.domain.name that matches

Hi there,
I've got a cert that is about to expire on our exchange 2003 server and
I'm looking at going to www.certificatesforexchange.com to get a UCC

Then I take a cold call from a UK based reseller called

I'm a couple of days late to this party, but I have a quick-and-dirty PS script
that does exactly what you want in terms of importing an intermediate cert. I
created it to import the InCommon root and intermediate certs if they didn't
already exist on a server.
If I'm remembering what MBS said about them, they were started by an
Exchange MVP, and resell GoDaddy certificates.

Hi
Certificates all have the same quality (within their type and assuming
same number of bit and hash function, of course). The various companies
that issue certs seem to rely on their customers not quite understanding
what it's all about. And, if they apply enough window dressing, can charge

Yes there is, which means we may have a config issue somewhere else. Although
it's starting to look like it may be an issue with certain devices. Motorola
branded droids don't ask for the mail server name during basic setup and they
find it and work. HTC Droids just ask for email and
That is correct.

CertificatesForExchange.com is mine.
I am installing three or four of them a week both single name on Exchange 2003
and UC (aka SAN Subject Alternative Name) certificates for Exchange 2007 and

I don't think you shouldn't need a UCC cert for Exchange 2003 as usually all
the services usually go via a single URL.
On our Exchange 2003 box we used a RapidSSL cert which worked just fine.
On our 2010 box we use a Starfield (Godaddy without the Godaddy branding) one

There is an absolute limit that FOPE recognizes, and I THINK it's 1024 bytes.

I don't exactly hide the fact that I operate that site. The WHOIS points to me,
it is on my signatures to this forum and others and plastered all over my blog,
