I agree with your suggestion Chris, but it will not wash
with him. This will be part of a bigger migration as I have already upgraded
all clients to Win2K Pro, My test environment has also been upgraded to Win2K
Servers with no AD yet, my crit
I think the primary differences are not Exchange specific. If the admin is
very good in Active Directory, he is WAY ahead.

When you get down to it, there are many similarities and many
differences. Administering user settings, e.g. mailbox limits, delivery
options, delivery restrictions, etc, are all fairly similar.
The main learning curves can come if you're multi-site, where you have
different admin groups, routin
them all Win2K plus the
Exchange server.

could compromise and buy a few good books on the subject...
Exchange 2000 admin is totally different from Exchange 5.5
admin.
I've
administered both, trained in neither. It is possible to do, you
know.
