Even gaming is getting closer! But yeah I have an unsupported USB
Lexmark X83 so have to go into windows for printing and scanning and
games, but all my mp3's are on an ext3 partition! There are more
choices for browsers, word processors, etc. on Linux. Cd burning even
now works thanks to the h
Sure enough, it showed up today. Four days isn't bad considering the
weekend and such. It's all paid off now, hope our efforts paid off...

member put it. I never got the cd's burnt, but I am going to buy
Mandrake 8.2 when it comes out. I have an old phillips 36610.

I burnt the iso using the options stated in another e-mail but have
blank discs! Hmm... I think I'll just boot into windows to burn them,
because soon im sure beta 4 will come out, i would like to have tried
beta 3 before then. Will work on this later.

Well, the second cd quit downloading at 612 megabytes out of 648
possible, and wouldn't resume without losing it all, so I guess I
answered my own question. I'll start downloading Beta 3, should finish
it in 10 days... :-)
