usually have several System.map.2.4.0-testX files
with a link to the correct one) then maybe you
are running the old kernel. Go back and carefully
look at every line in lilo.conf.
I sometimes forget to change label=linux and also
to run lilo to make the settings permanent.

If anyone knows where the desktop right-click

Norm,
I am one of those bad people that runs root all
the time. I logged in as a normal user for the
first time since installing and the right-click
menu is complete.
I'm wondering if some of the problems that people
are having are related to the new security
system. root seems to have taken a
configuration.
I've tried xmodmap.
How do I suppress (filter out) a keycode?
Am I looking at this from the wrong angle?
Any help would be appreciated.

clicking ld
or Netscape while in gtop and choosing "kill
now". Or you can type "kill PID" in an xterm,
where PID is the process ID of ld. You will lose
what you are doing in Netscape.
