Hi guys,
I'm running mandrake 9.0 - any ideas how I change the above settings? I've been using gnome-network-preferences but it does not seem to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey guys,
My install of 9.0 was running fine and then all of a sudden whenever I connect it tells me it can't find the name of the group I'm in. i.e. id: cannot find name for group ID 100 This is making me crazy - any help at all will be gratefully appreciated.

dude,
you are probably being portscanned by a range of machines that have been infected with a virus - klez or slapper or something similar. Your firewall should cover you quite nicely.

I have a palm, but I find that evolution messes up the fields - it puts
the person's email address into their title for example, which defeats
the purpose of having it as a contact under evo - it just won't send to

John,

Hey guys/girls.
I've just installed KDE3.0, just to have a peek, but mainly for the new
office stuff. All this is well and good, however, I keep getting these

KDE2.2.2 is still working just fine. The errors are as

First of all you'll need an IPv6 capable network. There aren't very many around as far
as I'm aware at the moment. Stick with
the old IP for now. the move to IPv6 is coming, but not for a while.

I've had a problem for a while now that is driving me crazy. I've

I recieved this email at my server for panahi.com. It was sent by server
outside
to the world. For example I have ports 22 and 25 open (ssh and
smtp). You might want to have port 6000 open (I think it's X11). This
should allow you to successfully make X connections to your server.

I have to recompile the kernel every time I upgrade Mandrake for my laptop.
